other electronics online retailers, we do not charge your credit card
until your order ships (we do however place a temporary hold on your
account to ensure that the charge does not take your card over the

In order to get the best possible prices on
shipping ApplianceBestBuys.com negotiates individually with various
shipping agents at the time the order is being processed. This allows
us to extract the maximum savings for our customers. This also means
that all shipping quotes are only estimates. Exact final cost and
pricing for the the shipping will be determined when the order is
processed. At that time you will be notified of any modifications to
your shipping estimate and given the option to proceed with the order
or terminate your order.

Our sales staff go through one of the industry's most
comprehensive training programs. All newly hired sales people
must complete a 4-week program of vendor-sponsored product training and
the comprehensive Appliance Best Buys Sales and System's
Training Course. Classroom training is followed by two months
of hands-on sales experience in one of Appliance Best Buys' retail
showrooms. Even after our salespeople are promoted to
telephone sales, they participate in a continuing education program to
keep them current on the latest products and technology. When
you call Appliance Best Buys, you can be sure that you will be talking
to a helpful, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced sales
representative.

otherwise noted). Our product managers and marketing

functionality and innovation. We make sure that all the
products we sell are backed by comprehensive manufacturer warranties
and technical support.* You can rest assured that no matter
what you buy from ApplianceBestBuys, you've made a good choice.
*Please Note: We do not
adhere to the Yamaha or Denon Internet and MAP (Minimum Advertised
Price) policies, and are not authorized by them to sell their products
via the Internet. Yamaha and Denon products are not included
in the statement made in the previous paragraph.
We believe that products must be sold at the best price that we can
offer them and believe that these Denon and Yamaha Polices are an
attempt at price fixing their products which is against the interest of
our customers. Thus, we continue offering our customers
Yamaha and Denon products at heavily discounted prices. RETURNS- there
is no returns or exchanges on Yamaha or Denon.

All products returned will be repaired or replaced
at Appliance Best Buy's discretion. All our products carry a
manufacturer's warranty. To return a defective product you must request
a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Customers may request a RA# by
calling our Customer Service Department at 1-877-572-3378. Due to the
high volume of emails we receive we can not accept order cancelations
or RA# requests via email.
Credit will be issued only on new, unused, and
unopened products, with complete packaging and purchased within the
last 7 Days. Credit will be issued at Appliance Best Buy's discretion
only. All sales are considered final. In some cases a 18% restocking
fee may be applied as well as a 5% refund charge. The customer is
responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
At ApplianceBestBuys.com we only sell new
products. We do not sell used or refurbished units (unless specified).
Our technicians test all product returns.
Non-Returnable Products and special ordered items,
shavers, televisions 20" and over, air conditioners, or PAL equipment
are non-returnable. BBQ grills, Big screen Televisions come with
In-home service and can not be returned even when defective, and MUST
BE SERVICED by their respective manufacturer.
Merchandise that ships via truck cannot be
returned for refund or exchange, nor can these orders be canceled or
refused once shipped. (we may refuse your return shipment or charge for
return shipping).
If your product has a manufacturers defect, we
encourage you to contact the manufacturer to take advantage of their
warranty as applicable.

| Products that are delivered in damaged
condition: |
|
If you receive a shipment that was damaged during
transit, please do not accept the delivery and contact our Customer
Service Department at 1-877-572-3378 immediately for further
instructions. If you have received a shipment with concealed damage you
must contact our Claims Department with in 24 hours of receipt. Do not
discard any packaging material. We cannot accept any return or exchange
without original packaging No Exceptions. Do not use products that are
delivered to you in damaged condition.
Defective products will be accepted by Appliance Best
Buys for credit or exchange within seven(7) days from the date of
shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole
product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original
packaging.
(We will only accept a return or exchange of an exchange
order seven(7) days from the date of shipment of the return or
exchange). To be returnable, defective products require a Return
Authorization Number (RA#). Please see above for instructions on
receiving a (RA#).
You are responsible for return shipping charges to
Appliance Best Buys. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday
low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If
the returned product is for a refund, the shipping and handling charges
are non refundable.
(We will only accept a return or exchange of an order up
to 7 days).
